Simply put, The Finally Sold Way provides you a better alternative way to sell a home fast versus the rigid and outdated Real Estate Agent Way. Not only does Finally Sold give the control back to YOU where it belongs, but it also gets you these three important things that the Real Estate Agent Way simply cannot provide: SPEED, CONVENIENCE, and CERTAINTY.
Unlike when you try to sell your property with a real estate agent who is hoping and praying that they will eventually find a retail buyer who can qualify for a mortgage. We are a large real estate investment company that has the funds readily available to purchase your home at a moment's notice.
We truly can help you sell your own home fast because we are the actual buyer. You see, we purchase properties all throughout your state. We will pay cash for your home, and we can do it as quickly as you want us to. We will even pay for all of the real estate closing costs.
In other words, with The Finally Sold Way you will safely have cash in your hands in a flash. How fast you ask? We can typically close the sale of the home through a secure and government regulated title company or real estate attorney within just 10 days of you contacting us. And if 10 days is too quick for you, then we will let you pick whatever closing date you want.
It's no wonder that once you experience the Speed, Security, Convenience, Professionalism, and Certainty of The Finally Sold Way, you will NEVER want to sell your home any other way again!!!

The city of Salinas was originally inhabited by a group known as the Rumsen people who spoke Ohlone. The land was acquired by Spain, but Mexico won its independence by 1820, gaining control of the city. The Mexican-American War of 1846 led to the acquisition of the town by the USA. The city officially became part of the US in 1850 when John Fremont raised the US flag on the Gabilan Mountains. The town transitioned into a city in 1874, when it was incorporated.
Monterey shares a lot in its history with Salinas. The name of the city was derived from a name coined by a Spanish explorer, Sebastian Vizcaino who named the bay Bahia de Monterrey in 1602. The city thus became Monterey. Just like Salinas, control of the city went from the hands of Spain to Mexico and finally to the US in 1846 after the US gained victory in the Battle of Monterey. In its earlier years, the city primarily functioned as the only entry point for all taxable goods in California. The Customs House at the Port of Monterey is actually where John Sloat raised the US flag after the war.
Back in 1913, a businessman by the name of William Locke-Paddon purchased the land where the city of Marina presently lies and laid out its town plan. Marina was finally incorporated as a city in 1975.
Salinas, Monterrey and Marina cities all lie in the County of Monterey in California. Salinas is the largest municipality in the county and also houses the county seat. In the last census, Salinas reported a population of about 156,000, Monterey had about 28,000, and Marina had a population of about 20,000.
The area is located close to the Pacific Ocean, and this has contributed to the fair temperatures experienced throughout the year in the region. The annual Marina Labor Day Parade and Family Festival, held the Saturday before the official international holiday, is one of the biggest events in this section of Monterey County. Being a well-known center of art, the area also hosts the First Fridays Art Walk at Oldtown every first Friday of the month. This event involves exhibition of art, the live performance of music and poetry among other artistic activities. The area is also famous for its annual Monterey Jazz Festival, which has been dubbed 'the longest running jazz festival,' having been first held over 50 years ago. This particular event has hosted icons in the music industry like Billie Holiday and Dizzy Gillespie.
The region is served by the Monterey Regional Airport, which connects the area to large metropolitan cities such as Los Angeles, Phoenix, and San Fransisco.
