Nowadays, many people need to sell their house ASAP but don't know how to do it. Well, we have a solution for you; it's The Finally Sold Way. With Finally Sold, selling your house, townhouse, loft, or condo has never been quicker, simpler or more convenient than ever before.
Simply put, The Finally Sold Way provides you a better alternative way to sell a home fast versus the rigid and outdated Real Estate Agent Way. Not only does Finally Sold give the control back to YOU where it belongs, but it also gets you these three important things that the Real Estate Agent Way simply cannot provide: SPEED, CONVENIENCE, and CERTAINTY.
Unlike when you try to sell your property with a real estate agent who is hoping and praying that they will eventually find a retail buyer who can qualify for a mortgage. We are a large real estate investment company that has the funds readily available to purchase your home at a moment's notice.
We truly can help you sell your own home fast because we are the actual buyer. You see, we purchase properties all throughout your state. We will pay cash for your home, and we can do it as quickly as you want us to. We will even pay for all of the real estate closing costs.
In other words, with The Finally Sold Way you will safely have cash in your hands in a flash. How fast you ask? We can typically close the sale of the home through a secure and government regulated title company or real estate attorney within just 10 days of you contacting us. And if 10 days is too quick for you, then we will let you pick whatever closing date you want.
It's no wonder that once you experience the Speed, Security, Convenience, Professionalism, and Certainty of The Finally Sold Way, you will NEVER want to sell your home any other way again!!!
Here are some of the other nearby cities and regions around Gastonia and Gaston County where we are actively buying houses, townhouses, lofts, and condos in: Charlotte, Concord, Cornelius, Huntersville, Kannapolis, Matthews, Mooresville, and Shelby.
The earliest European settlers of Gastonia were the English, Scots-Irish, and Pennsylvania Dutch. In the 1750s, James Kuykendall a Dutch settler constructed a Fort at Junction connecting South Fork and Catawba Rivers. This fort was built due to the ongoing hostilities between the Europeans settlers and the Native American tribe of Catawba at that time. Apparently, the indigenous people did not attack the Europeans as expected and the tension was eased when the boundary dispute between South Carolina and North Carolina was resolved, and the Catawba settled in the reservation area near Fort Mill. In 1846, this region was named for William Gaston who was a member of State Supreme Court. However, it was not until 1873 that this region began experiencing steady growth and development when it became a small railway depot on the Atlanta and Charlotte Railroad currently the Norfolk Southern.
Today, Gastonia has grown from a village area to a modern city located in the western part of North Carolina in Gaston County where it is the county seat. This city covers a total area of approximately 50.7 square miles and is home to around 80,000 people ranking it the 13th largest city in North Carolina.
For transportation purposes, this area has the I-85 highway, Gastonia Municipal Airport and Charlotte/Douglas International Airport located a few miles away from the city.
For years now, this area has experienced steady growth and development with the major employers being Wix Filtration Corp, Stabilus, Freightliner LLC, Radici Group, Curtiss-Wright Controls Engineered Systems, and Advance Auto Parts.
Climate wise; this region enjoys the humid continental climate of four distinct seasons with cold, snowy winters, and hot, humid summers. The hottest month is July with an average high of 84 degrees Fahrenheit while January is the coldest month with an average low of 19 degrees Fahrenheit. The average precipitation is approximately 46 inches per year, and the area here receives even rainfall nearly in all months of the year. The wettest month is September with about 5 inches of rain while the driest month is February with about 3 inches of rainfall because most of the precipitation falls in the winter as snow.
This region and its surroundings feature many notable attractions such as The Schiele Museum of Natural History, which is home to the Henry Hall of the American Indian, the Hall of North Carolina Natural History and James H. Lynn Planetarium. The other attractions here include the US National Whitewater Center, the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, and the Crowders Mountain State Park. The national historic sites that you can visit with your friends and family here include Craig Farmstead, County Courthouse, David Jenkins House, William J. Wilson House, Third National Bank Building, Loray Mill Historic District, and Robinson Garden Building, all which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The professional sports team here are the CPL Gastonia Grizzlies baseball team that plays at Sims Legion Park, and the CGU Gastonia Gargoyles men’s rugby team. Although there are no higher education institutions within the limits of this city, the greater Gastonia Area has Belmont Abbey College and Gaston College.
