We truly can help you sell your own home fast because we are the actual buyer. You see, we purchase properties all throughout your state. We will pay cash for your home, and we can do it as quickly as you want us to. We will even pay for all of the real estate closing costs.
In other words, with The Finally Sold Way you will safely have cash in your hands in a flash. How fast you ask? We can typically close the sale of the home through a secure and government regulated title company or real estate attorney within just 10 days of you contacting us. And if 10 days is too quick for you, then we will let you pick whatever closing date you want.
It's no wonder that once you experience the Speed, Security, Convenience, Professionalism, and Certainty of The Finally Sold Way, you will NEVER want to sell your home any other way again!!!

What is today Tinley Park was once a settlement of Native Americans before European contact. These Native Americans would till the land for food. Not much is known why the Native Americans moved out of the area, but historians suppose that a severe drought and famine hit the area, and they moved in search of food and water. However, modern day Tinley Park traces its history to 1820 when emigrants from Germany and Eastern United States come to the area. By 1853, Canadians, English, Scottish, and Irish had also settled in the town that was initially known as the Bremen. In the late nineteenth century, the area’s landscape was changing when a major railroad was constructed in the area. The development of the Chicago, Rock Island- Pacific Railroad Line influenced the growth of this area. The name Bremen was later changed in 1890 to Tinley Park to honor the first rail line station agent known as Sr. Samuel Tinley. The city was then incorporated two years later on June 27, 1892, at the train depot. With the railroad fully constructed and the area having been incorporated, this city began experiencing massive industrialization and commercial development. In 1905, the first factory for the Diamond Spiral Washing Machine was built, and this plant opened up the way for other factories and developmental projects that continue to transform its landscape to date.
Today, Tinley Park is an important suburb of Chicago located in both Cook and Will Counties of Illinois. The population of this area has been growing steadily, and today it is of approximately 62,000 people, and with this, it is one of the fastest growing parts of the south of the greater Chicago Metropolitan. This city is developing and meeting the needs of its residents, and with this recently, it featured in the Business Week magazine ranking as the best place in the country to raise a family. The area’s management has been working on renovating the historic downtown district by giving it a modern facelift albeit maintaining the historic edifices. Some of the renovation projects that have changed the landscape of the area include the Oak Park, which is near Metra train Station, and the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, Tinley Park Lights.
Since the town is in Midwest region, it experiences humid continental climate, which has cold, snowy winters, and hot and humid summers. The hottest month is typically July that has an average high of 85 degrees Fahrenheit while January is usually the coldest month which has an average low of 23 degrees Fahrenheit. The average precipitation received in Tinley Park area is approximately 34 inches per year with much of the rainfall being experienced during the summer months although the area receives rainfall nearly in all months of the year. The wettest month is April with close to 5 inches of rain while the driest month is February with around 2 inches of rainfall.
The area boasts of colleges such as South Suburban College, Joliet Junior College, and Moraine Valley. Since Tinley Park is a suburb of Chicago metropolis, it is just a short distance to the city for any amenities not found within the borders of this area.
