Nowadays, many people need to sell their house ASAP but don't know how to do it. Well, we have a solution for you; it's The Finally Sold Way. With Finally Sold, selling your house, townhouse, loft, or condo has never been quicker, simpler or more convenient than ever before.
Simply put, The Finally Sold Way provides you a better alternative way to sell a home fast versus the rigid and outdated Real Estate Agent Way. Not only does Finally Sold give the control back to YOU where it belongs, but it also gets you these three important things that the Real Estate Agent Way simply cannot provide: SPEED, CONVENIENCE, and CERTAINTY.
Unlike when you try to sell your property with a real estate agent who is hoping and praying that they will eventually find a retail buyer who can qualify for a mortgage. We are a large real estate investment company that has the funds readily available to purchase your home at a moment's notice.
We truly can help you sell your own home fast because we are the actual buyer. You see, we purchase properties all throughout your state. We will pay cash for your home, and we can do it as quickly as you want us to. We will even pay for all of the real estate closing costs.
In other words, with The Finally Sold Way you will safely have cash in your hands in a flash. How fast you ask? We can typically close the sale of the home through a secure and government regulated title company or real estate attorney within just 10 days of you contacting us. And if 10 days is too quick for you, then we will let you pick whatever closing date you want.
It's no wonder that once you experience the Speed, Security, Convenience, Professionalism, and Certainty of The Finally Sold Way, you will NEVER want to sell your home any other way again!!!

What is present day Waukegan traces its history to 1820 when French people settled in the area and named it Waukegan, a Potawatomi word meaning little fort. However, it was not until 1849 that the name was officially adopted. Waukegan is known to be the only place that Abraham Lincoln never finished his speech during his campaigns in 1860. When he had just started to speak a fire alarm rang, and the soon to become president had to cut short his speech. The city’s development began in many ways, but you can clearly trace the growth to the arrival of the barbed wire manufacturing company "Washburn & Moen" in 1891 that prompted land speculation and labor migration. Immigrants, especially from Scandinavia and Southeastern Europe, began streaming in the area. With time, the Armenian people also immigrated into the area together with other Americans.
Today, Waukegan is a fast developing city located on the shore of Lake Michigan in Lake County of Illinois where it is the county seat. The city is an important suburb of Chicago, and it has a population of nearly 100,000 people and a total land mass area of around 24 square miles. The city ranks as the 9th largest city in Illinois. The top employers in the city include Lake County, Cardinal Health, Waukegan Community School District, Uline, Medline Industries, and Coleman Cables. For those that need Aviation services, Waukegan Regional Airport provides flights out of the city.
Climate wise; the area experiences humid continental climate, which has cold and snowy winters and hot and humid summers. The hottest month is July with an average high of 89 degrees Fahrenheit while January is the coldest month with an average low of 20 degrees Fahrenheit. The average precipitation of Waukegan is approximately 33 inches per year with much of the rainfall being experienced during the summer months although Waukegan receives rainfall nearly in all months of the year. The wettest month is May that has about 5 inches of rainfall while the driest month is January with around 2 inches of rain.
Since Waukegan is a lakeshore city, due to environmental concerns there are limited industrial activities around the shore. The only factories next to the show are North Shore wastewater treatment facility and Midwest Generation Power Plant. The tax increment financing programs have made it possible for investors to transform the existing industries to recreational and residential spaces. Genesee Theatre is one stand out building on the city's landscape that caters to the recreational needs of the residents.
Waukegan has an annual Scoop the Loop summer festival that happens in every month during the summer period. The other events hosted in the city include Chicago Latino Film Festival, Fiestas Patrias Parade& Festival, HolidayWauk, and the famous art event known as the ArtWauk that happens every month on the third Saturday in Downtown. The art event features films, theater, comedy, sculptures, music, dance, food, performance art, and pedicabs. Some recreational centers include Waukegan History Museum, Ray Bradbury Sites, and Lake County Sports Center. Historical sites in the city are Bowen Park, Waukegan Building, Naval Station Great Lakes, and Waukegan Public Library.
